Standard Products Cross Referral
Aish Technologies have been manufacturing Admiralty approved products for over forty years, and continue to offer an extensive range of Light Indicators, Fuse Units, VCS components and Relay Units for marine and defence applications. Most of Aish Technology’s standard products are recognised by either Aish drawing Number or Nato Stock Number (NSN).
Below is a list of our most popular standard products with Cross References to Service Drawing Numbers (SDN), Admiralty Pattern(AP) numbers and Defence Electrical Engineering numbers(DEE) where applicable.
Fuse Units
These Ruggedised units are designed to carry ‘0’ type joint service fuse links with ferrule contacts, nominal rating from 0.25-15 amps on voltages up to and including 220v DC and 440v AC.
Light Indicators
These have been designed to provide an illuminated indication incorporating easy lamp replacement, maximum indication in the minimum space and range suitability 4-500v AC or DC. Ruggedised for service use. Interchangeable lenses. Aish supply lenses in either Opal, Red, Green, or Amber, and have facilities to Engrave them to customer requirements.
Versatile Console System(VCS)
Functionally designed enclosures providing a range of standard solutions.
Consoles and assemblies incorporating boxes which are plugged into different sizes and types of units.
Basic unit sizes 1x1 with a 6 inch x 6 inch front panel.
Capable of withstanding 30g vertical.
Relay Units
The Delay-on-relay unit was designed by Aish to a stringent MoD requirement. This rugged unit is available in two versions, one with preset delay-on-times of 0.5 and 2 seconds, and one which allows for time delays greater than 2 seconds , by the addition of externally connected capacitors.
Connections for selecting the required delay-on-time, electrical inputs and relay contacts are made by pins projecting from the base of the unit. The pins are numbered and may be identified from a label affixed to the unit’s exterior.
