Aish completes its 'Trumpf ant' line up
Aish Technologies has recently completed its latest phase of capital investment within the Sheet Metal Manufacturing Cell. The company has invested in two more Trumpf Press Brakes which now brings the total to three and with it, savings in life cycle times and increases capacity and capability. Product quality is also further ensured by all the machines using the same tooling and programmes thereby eliminating machine and operator variations.
Additionally, Aish took the opportunity to review the layout of the Manufacturing Cell using the Lean Process toolbox which the staff have been using in all areas to reduce material movements and with it, mechanical handling.
This investment will continue to ensure that Aish remains competitive and continues to deliver its One Stop Shop strategy to its customers.
