Record Year For Aish Technologies
Following hot on the news that Aish Technologies achieved its highest ever output in July 2009, reported here on 21st September, we are pleased to announce that preliminary results at the end of Aish’s financial year on November 30th show an increase in annual turnover of fifteen percent against our target for the year. This represents a very encouraging twenty four percent increase in annual turnover against financial year 2007-2008.
This year has seen growth in all sectors of our business:
- Low Signature Cathodic Protection
- Multifunction Consoles
- Electronics Enclosures
- Subcontract Manufacturing
Of particular interest is a steady growth in targeted new business sectors, where we have received a number of commendations from customers for our ability to meet short lead times and maintain stringent quality standards.
The record turnover is the result of continued investment in people, plant and machine tools throughout the year, plus a superb effort by all Aish Technologies staff, from development engineers through to the despatch team. In addition, the phased implementation of our new MRP system has started to make a positive impact on production planning and shop floor efficiencies, enabling greater manufacturing throughput from Aish Technologies’ Poole, Dorset, facility.
Finally, the dedication and commitment of Aish staff would be to no avail without the support of our customers and partners, who have continued to show their trust in Aish Technologies by including us in their supply chain.
